We received this sake from Kitakyushu 💕
The sake is called Saruhami, named after a district in Kitakyushu City, and is produced by the Mizokami Sake Brewery.
It has a refreshing sweetness and is not too much like a junmai sake, in a good way.
The fruity sweetness like strawberry or melon comes and then fades away!
After 3 days, the sweetness of the rice became stronger, but the lingering feeling that disappears was still there.
