There was a bottle that had not yet been opened, so I asked if I could order it. I asked him if it was OK to order that, and he said it was fine.
It was not sake, but a liqueur made by Tate-no-kawa Shuzo.
It was like amazake, and I think it was delicious.
The guy at the store said that a brewery that sold well with liqueur can make any kind of sake they like and do many other things 🤔.
It's nice to have a liqueur to reset in the middle 😁.
And I still like to open my mouth 😉.
