Hailstorm is falling in front of you. ❄️
The weather forecast for Kyoto is sent to you from the southern part of Kyoto, an area that is not to be believed. Tesu tesu.
I found a sake brewery near me that does not give sake stamps at Tamagawa, so I asked if I could get one at Kumano Shuzo. This sake is made from Koshihikari rice, which was never used as sake rice. This sake is made from Koshihikari rice produced in Kumihama and water from Tandan (Tanto Town, Hyogo Prefecture).
It is spicy. It says it's light, but it was so spicy on the first day that I could only go a little bit further. I couldn't get drunk, so I guess I'm a 🀄️ miserable failure 🥲.
On the second day, I'm drinking it in the daytime💦 First, I heated it lenghtly. Oh, the sweetness is becoming more noticeable. After that, the dry sake with strong acidity tastes good. This is why I can't stop drinking sake.
It also goes well with the Ajari rice cake I bought just for myself.
🀄️
It was so bad I want to erase it from my memory. I'm going to throw in a big bottle of sake tonight and hang in there!

MAJ
Hi Ane! I'm so sorry to hear that 😄
I don't go on if it's too spicy either! But I do my best to drink it cold though, since I don't heat it up. 😋I have to get drunk to play mahjong after all 😆👍

Good evening, MAJ 🌆.
You're doing great today 🀄️, aren't you?
I don't generally heat up sake either, but I don't mind having a drink once in a while. I am trying again today without getting drunk!
