The long-awaited Mashiro, released today!
The first bottle is now available at ✌️
Slightly sparkling, sweet, bitter, and refreshing.
The hi-iru sake from last fall was delicious, but the draft is also delicious😍.
The hi-iri will be released in October and the first junmai daiginjo will be released in December, so I'm looking forward to it👍.
The first bottle was delicious 🙇. おとう★★★★

We received this sake courtesy of a local who recently got into sake.
It was delicious, with a light, delicate taste and a pleasant sweetness 🙇. myAfter a long hesitation between nama-shu and hi-ire, I decided to go with hi-ire.
Yuki Sayaka 60%
Slightly strong aroma of rice. Surprisingly slightly effervescent and sweet.
It tastes as it is supposed to if it is hi-ire, it has spiciness and acidity, too.
When paired with sashimi, the mouthfeel is refreshing, but the second half has a strong flavor... The sweetness that leaves through the nose is also a robust sweetness. ばちこTasting 🍶 at Inamuraya, a souvenir shop at Hakodate Hokuto Station
