★★★★ Rice used: Yukisayaka from Kutiyama Farm in Chouchi-machi, Hokkaido Polishing ratio: 60 Alcohol content: 16%. The long-awaited Mashiro, released today! The first bottle is now available at ✌️ Slightly sparkling, sweet, bitter, and refreshing. The hi-iru sake from last fall was delicious, but the draft is also delicious😍. The hi-iri will be released in October and the first junmai daiginjo will be released in December, so I'm looking forward to it👍. The first bottle was delicious 🙇.

After a long hesitation between nama-shu and hi-ire, I decided to go with hi-ire. Yuki Sayaka 60% Slightly strong aroma of rice. Surprisingly slightly effervescent and sweet. It tastes as it is supposed to if it is hi-ire, it has spiciness and acidity, too. When paired with sashimi, the mouthfeel is refreshing, but the second half has a strong flavor... The sweetness that leaves through the nose is also a robust sweetness.

Tasting 🍶 at Inamuraya, a souvenir shop at Hakodate Hokuto Station Mashiro". Sake with a name I've never heard of. But it's so delicious !!!!! It has a nice aroma and no bad taste... I'm so happy ❤️❤️❤️❤️! I bought it! Because it's so good and it's not even 2,000 yen!!!! I want to buy it even if I have to pay for shipping!!!! I want to drink it every day 💖.
