Fairly dry with a nice bit of acidity. Pear, lime, coconut, raw almond.
There’s just a tiny hint of sweetness but it isn’t too strongly dry either. Love the bit of acidity on this and the bright fruity flavors.

Slightly sweet, but full of savory flavor. Salted caramel, Brazil nuts, shiitake, hay. It’s nutty and earthy with a little bit of saline and acidity. The mushroomy flavor is really nice and creates an interesting combination with the sweetness.
Goes particularly well with some savory snacks.

Really nice stuff. Very light but full of delicious delicate flavor. Yoghurt, strawberry, almond paste, coconut, stone. A little hint of sweetness and acidity, even less bitterness.
Really smooth and light. Gentle but there’s a little kick at the end. The subtle creaminess is also really nice.

Deep and slightly savory, but with a good light sweetness. Honey roasted almond, pear, mushroom, stone. Nutty and a little earthy. A hint of saline, faint acidity.
Really nice, slightly spicy alcoholy burn. Gentle bitterness.
