Nice sake, fairly fragrant and with a very fresh taste, although not my favorite, I'm happy to have shared it with my friends

To my understanding, this sake is mixed with sudachi liqueur (sudachi is a japanese citrus similar to limes).
The sake itself has a very refreshing taste, with a signature citrus flavor and sourness, while being slightly sweet. It pairs well with fatty foods and probably with matured cheeses too, I'll have to try that before finishing the bottle 😁

I like this sake very much! Classical Jun-shu, with a very full body and on the less fragrant side. We drank it cold, around 15C and it was really good! Paired amazingly with some dry mango we had, I could recommend that, and I also suspect that it'd go also really well with some fried mushrooms.
