This has a very crisp taste. I drank outside in the cold while making/eating yakitori and I think it went very well with the chicken. It almost has a taste of anise which I really enjoy!

Good fruit flavor, it’s like biting into fruit. Almost juicy. And a very strong umami flavor at the end. Definitely going to get this again!

Taste like green apples and pears. Aftertaste is a touch sweet and reminds me of marshmallows. I think this sake is a great value!

I really enjoyed this sake! I drank with okonomiyaki and I think that the flavor paired well with the sweet sauce and bonito flakes. The smell is like cherries and the taste is very clean and crisp and reminds me of grapes.
