We went inside to eat sushi at Mojiko.
When I asked for a sake recommendation, Sarukuro came up.
It is a special junmai made from local Moji rice.
The first sip reveals a fruity, mellow aroma that is typical of rice. However, the aftertaste is clean and does not interfere with the sushi. The alcohol taste is also weak, so it may be suitable for women.
It was a memorable experience with a kind Okami-san and delicious sushi.
