The third bottle was Sugi Nishiki. Kaiun, Eikun, and Hana no Mai were also available, but I chose a sake I thought was new to me.
It is rather crisp and dry. I can smell a little alcohol, but I think it is a clear dry sake. ぎゃばん☆☆☆☆☆
I don't think I've ever seen this sake before, it's from Numazu.
It has a crisp mouthfeel with a lingering sweetness. It is not a thick sweetness, so it has a clean aftertaste.

I went to Inatori for the sister city discount.
Sake with simmered sea bream and the first bottle of Garyubai. 300 bottles of this sake is too bad we can't drink more than one kind, but it's refreshing and goes well with it.
