金猫魔
First stop on the Kitakata sake brewery tour,
First, to the nearest Kitakata station, Kita no Hana Sake Brewery.
We gave up the sake brewery tour because it is by reservation only,
We had a tasting with kind explanation.
All of them were unique and delicious.
We decided to buy a small bottle of fire-brewed sake as a souvenir, considering that we would have to carry it around under the hot sun.
However, it was fresh and needed to be refrigerated...! I realized after I got home...!
The aroma is mild, grain-like, and slightly alcoholic,
Slightly alcoholic, smooth on the palate, with a strong acidity,
Slightly twisted aroma with a hint of astringency and bitterness.
It is dry with astringency and bitterness.
When heated, it has a good balance of sweetness and acidity.
The aroma and taste are mellow.
The aroma and taste are mellow, and the umami is well balanced,
This is a good sake to be heated up. Delicious.
Even on a hot day, it's good to cool it down and warm it up.
