2023 Year in Review. We had it at Meisei Horumon Ghibier. Enayama" Junmai Ginjo (Yamadanishiki) [Hazama Shuzo, Gifu]. A slightly sweet mouthfeel from the bitterness characteristic of alcohol, with more sweetness flowing down the middle to the back of the throat. It leaves a lingering sweetness, but the finish is refreshing.

2023 Year in Review. We had it at Meisei Horumon Ghibier. Asamayama Summer Jun" Junmai (Kitashizuku) [Asama Shuzo, Gunma]. A refreshing summer sake. Slightly acidic on the palate? The taste is just an atmosphere, but it emphasizes the refreshing feeling, and you can feel that it is well chilled on the tongue. It is summer, isn't it? After the "cool" feeling, the slight bitterness and numbness of the alcohol taste comes in a flurry. It is the perfect summer sake. It will increase your appetite.

First, a sip. Slightly sweet mouthfeel from the bitterness characteristic of alcohol. Further sweetness is felt in the midpalate and flows down to the back of the throat. While leaving a lingering sweetness on the tongue, the finish of the drink leaves one with a refreshing feeling. At first, I thought it tasted bitter, but as I drank more and more, the sweetness became stronger. I was surprised at how different the impression was at the beginning and the end of the drink.
