For the record. I ordered a set of sake for dinner, which included two glasses of sake, and finally got to drink the third glass of Jyushidai that I had requested. It was just as delicious as I had imagined.
Thankfully, the "As It Is" I drank last night did not give me a bad taste. Today I am drinking it on the rocks.
