I had heard that this sake was delicious from a person who was present at another brewery opening. It was hard to find it, but when I was in the neighborhood, I dropped by the brewery and bought it. The aroma is not so strong, but it has a nice aroma. It has a nice, smooth taste in the mouth. It is easy to drink and goes down smoothly. This is a junmai sake with 70% polished rice. It is of a very high level. I will be back again.
