Nihon Zakari Burabiraki🌾: Part6 Last drink of the day 🍶... We had a bottle of Daiginjo-nama-zake that our friends bought for us at the standing drinking area. We had a bottle of Daiginjo Nama Sake ✨ We had salted kelp & Lawson's 🍢😋 as snacks! The sake booth was also sold out💦. Memorandum of Understanding Alcohol content: between 15 and 16 degrees Celsius Sake degree: -6 Rice polishing ratio: 50 Woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! Memorandum Alcohol content: 15° to 16° C Rice polishing ratio: 38 Rice used: Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture💯. MEMORANDUM Very smooth! I was very interested in the practical talk by the sake tasting master.
