Business trip to Imabari. Visited the restaurant at 5:00 p.m., which was full last time and I could not enter. Even so, there were many customers ahead of me. This is a famous restaurant, after all. Of course, I had Imabari's specialty, teppan yakitori, and paired it with the local sake, Yamatan Masamune. To go with it, we had a bottle of local Imabari sake, Yamatan Masamune, warmed up. The sake is served warm in a special sake warmer. The sake is easy to drink and does not interfere with the meal.
