アラサー酒呑童子
The dry taste. It has a classic flavor that makes you feel you are drinking sake.
The temperature was set to Hanakairo because it was summer, and the dish served with it was a summery duck and leek hot pot. It matched well with the dish, which was a type of dish in which the taste of the broth could be felt, without interfering with it. Perhaps it is the merit of the sake's lightness.
There was a possibility that the strong richness of the duck might have made the sake lose its presence, but the slightly stronger dryness of the sake overcame my fears (despite the cooler temperatures of the flowers).
It seemed to me that depending on the temperature setting, the usability of the sake could be expanded.
