We were allowed to taste several kinds of sake, but the one with the best aroma was the best.
Fresh green melon-like aroma
The same gorgeous fruity aroma, mild umami of rice, and moderate sweetness spread out, and it is quickly quenched by a little acidity and a slight spiciness of alcohol.
Gorgeous, but refreshingly delicious sake!
At a service area between Takamatsu and Matsuyama, I found a curl that is no longer available in Sapporo!
It seems they are distributed only in western Japan!
