Rich with light acidity and a slight sweetness. Flavorful, fruity, and floral. Yellow apple, muscat, honeysuckle, coconut, almond paste, stone. There’s a bit of an alcoholy burn on the finish, but overall it feels fresh and light.
Went well with some cold udon.
