At SOGAYA in Ito City, I found a wave of good luck that I bought last year as well!
Last year it was fresh. This time it is a little matured (according to the production date).
But it has a gassy feeling 😊.
The sweetness and spiciness is medium.
Ginjo aroma and cemedine aroma. No old fragrance.
It has a sharpness with a good umami.
The balance of umami acidity and bitterness makes for a deliciously mature mouthfeel. 😋😋😋😋
It goes well with various dishes. 👩🍳

SOGAYA has four large sake refrigerators, half of which are filled with Shizuoka sake. It is close to the hot spring resort area, but beware that it closes at 5:30 p.m.
The top aroma is a banana melon ginjo aroma. Quite fragrant 😊.
Good balance of umami acidity and bitterness👍
Slight gas, freshness 😋😋.
Medium sweetness and dryness.
A mellow, umami type of delicious sake 😋😋😋😋
As a food sake, it is good with sashimi and sweet and spicy seasoned dishes!
