The color is clear crystal.
Almost no smell. Clear atmosphere.
In the mouth, there is a slight sweetness even though it was supposed to be this dry.
The mouth feel is like fresh water. It goes down the back of the throat without getting stuck. The clarity is outstanding. It is mellower than tap water in Tokyo.
The finish has a delicious taste of rice and a hint of sweetness.
I had an image of kamishige as being harsher, but that image has been overturned.
It's been a while since I've had a sake that I thought was great 🍶.
I thought the taste would change with soba (buckwheat noodles), but the entrée was beef tendon, which is a very rich dish.
Too bad 😱.
