Hot sake has a wonderful taste, but to match the food well, the aftertaste is hidden, leaving only warmth. The appetizers were fukudame, awako, yokowa, and mackerel vinegar. In other words, tokobushi and fish roe (cod in this case). Sashimi of young tuna. I was thrilled by the local names, and the sake was perfect for the ingredients. I still love this place.
