Since it was my first time, I don't have an evaluation of Ryuki because it was a change (probably). This drink is sweet and low in alcohol, so it is a juice. It would be great to drink it at home while watching youtube. sikamaruNabeshima that feels like it has been quite a while. The aroma is not that strong, with a gentle sweetness typical of Aizan. The bitterness is a bit like that of Omachi. This slight bitterness accentuates the flavor profile and improves the sharpness. It is a sweet sake, but it is also a great match for a meal. みのすけHighly aromatic
