I'm about to have an evening party with my high school classmates. The last time I stayed at this hotel, there was sake as a welcome drink when I checked in! It was different from the last time, Kokushi Musou! It's a honjozo sake, so it's very sharp and spicy! I also brought a bottle of Nigori-shu (cloudy sake) that I got in Morioka at the end of the year. It's snowing outside ☃️❄️ Tomorrow we will go to Kushiro via Obihiro! Taisetsu-no-Kura on consecutive days by chance. The welcome drink at the hotel was either sake or wine 🍶. I chose this one because it is a special junmai! Compared to yesterday's Honjozo, this one is much more crisp! It is dry! A little bitterness at the end! Let's have a drink and go to town 🌇! extensive knowledge Alcohol content: 15° to 16 Sake degree +2.0 Acidity 1.4
