Next up is another freshly brewed Matsuo Shuzo ✨. Now for a junmai ginjo from Tosa Rei with a different rice polishing 😁. Fresh and a bit fruity, but also dry and crisp 😊. This is also a spicy and delicious sake 😊.

Next is Matsuo Shuzo Shiboritate Nama Sake 😊. The rice is different from the previous one, Tosa Rei✨. Tachiharuka, it's fresh because it's freshly squeezed, but it's a light, dry sake 😊. It's what we call spicy 😁.

Next, Takagi Brewery's Space Deep Sea Sake: ☝️ This sake is brewed with yeast that was sent to the deep sea and space and survived: ☝️ It is a dry sake that cuts cleanly, just like Tokujun 😊. It's also delicious 😁. Space and deep sea...what a great idea!

Next up is a Junmai Ginjo Oorigarami from Takagi Shuzo ✨. This one is also fresh and fruity, but as you drink it, you start to get a sense of graininess: ☝️ This one goes well with food too 😊. Delicious 😁.

I really wanted to upload this on the day I drank, but I got drunk and was hungover the next day... 😭 So, I'm uploading it today. Saturday and Sunday were "Tosa no Okyaku: Tosa no Ozashiki Gyoshiki" (Tosa's Okyaku: Tosa's Gyoshiki Fun Experience), and I made sure to participate. ☝️ In case you missed it, I participated on Saturday. ☝️ As expected...I'm drinking a lot😅 First of all, we started with Itookashi from Takagi Sake Brewery: ☝️ This sake is brewed with the same CEL24 yeast as Kameizumi✨. It's sweet and fruity, but less sweet than Kameizumi😅. Delicious!
