I never thought I'd see Akabu in Hiroshima, born after the March 11, 2011 disaster in Otsuchi-cho, Iwate Prefecture, and the brewery rebuilt in Morioka City, Iwate Prefecture in 2014!
I had not had Akabu since 4 years ago when a friend in Iwate sent me a rare sake that he had obtained.
It was a delicious sake, sweet and full of flavor.
