I bought it...UA Snake. Even at a liquor store in Akita, there were only 2 bottles left on the day of arrival. It is very popular. The carbonation was firm, and it gushed out a little when the bottle was opened. When mixed well, it had an aftertaste that we did not feel last time. The mouthfeel was refreshing, and the carbonation and the sweetness typical of kijo-zake gave it an exquisite fullness. I thought it was lingering as it was, but at the end I felt a peculiar bitterness. It was better not to mix it too much, though it would have been a later festival if I had. However, when I ate grilled kinki together, I did not feel the bitterness due to the fat of the fish. I thought, after all, the taste changes with such a combination of food.

I was still attracted to the zodiac sign label. Tazake was sold out, so I went with this Ni-Utsuri. It has a strong umami and acidity overall, which is typical of nama sake. It is fresh and has a strong aroma, but the aftertaste disappears nicely, so you can continue drinking without feeling it is too heavy. The spirit of "He who runs after two hares will catch them both" is a great example of the spirit of monozukuri. Personally, however, I like the idea that if you chase one rabbit, you will be lucky if you happen to catch two rabbits. Personally, however, I like the idea of "I was chasing one hare and happened to get two hares.
