You can purchase a Sakazukin batch for 500 yen in advance and receive 60㎖ of sake from participating breweries as a service (a separate appetizer fee is required).
The first store is here, Hiroki in Iwate Prefecture and three Iwate delicacies.
The restaurant was full, even though there were only guests of the participants, so we sat outside on the terrace.
We chose cold drinks, which were easy to drink and tasty.
The sea squirt served as an appetizer is something I don't usually eat, but it goes well with Tohoku sake.
