I had to heat it up with Osechi!
It's okay at room temperature, but it also has a slightly strong alcoholic stimulation. If you want to fully enjoy its characteristic mellow flavor, we recommend heating it up from lukewarm to hot 😊.
It goes well with sweet and spicy flavors such as "tazuke" (rice seasoned with soy sauce).
We hope to enjoy a variety of delicious sake again this year, but in a more relaxed manner.
