The same fruity aroma as the first sip, soft aroma of rice malt, mild sweetness and umami of rice, spreading with soft acidity and a slight bitterness that is typical of nigori, and finishes quickly and smoothly.
It went well with sea urchin bowls and various sashimi purchased at Aono Suisan.
