The label makes me wonder. By Ehime Osaka Office Selected only by the label It goes well with refreshing dishes. Little by little, every day Eiko Sake Brewery is located A little east from Dogo Onsen It seems to be located a little east from Dogo Onsen to Oku-Dogo Onsen. I have been to Dogo Onsen but I have never been to Oku-Dogo-Onsen. but I have never been to Oku-Dogo. I've heard that the Dogo Onsen Honkan under renovation. I would like to visit there again when the renovation is finished. It is an extremely dry junmai sake carefully brewed with 100% Ehime rice "Matsuyama Mitsui". It is characterized by a strong aroma and flavor of rice, and a clean taste with a good aftertaste and sharpness.

It's hot! When it's hot, my family starts off with a non-alcoholic beer, so after we've had our fill of that. I opened the cork with a plop. The other day, I bought a bottle at the Ehime Prefecture office. It is a summer drop of "Sakurakaze" by Sakura-Uzumaki Sake Brewery in Matsuyama, Ehime Prefecture. The blue cherry blossom label is refreshing. I had it at room temperature. The brewery is Iyo-Hokujo, a little north of Matsuyama. Since I only got off at the station when I was in high school, I had no image of anything, so I searched for it on the Internet. I imagined that I would like to take a walk in the harbor, looking at "Kashima" floating in the sea of the harbor, and sake again. The country of Iyo is rather strongly associated with the "sea. It has a Seto Inland climate, mild and with little rainfall. I hear that the Seto Inland climate is similar to the Mediterranean climate. Perhaps that is why, when I look out the window on a hot summer day and see the sea, I get an image of children running to the sea for a swim. Keep your drinks cold. Feel the summer. at room temperature. Slowly sip it slowly
