It's hot!
When it's hot, my family starts off with a non-alcoholic beer, so after we've had our fill of that.
I opened the cork with a plop.
The other day, I bought a bottle at the Ehime Prefecture office.
It is a summer drop of "Sakurakaze" by Sakura-Uzumaki Sake Brewery in Matsuyama, Ehime Prefecture.
The blue cherry blossom label is refreshing.
I had it at room temperature.
The brewery is Iyo-Hokujo, a little north of Matsuyama.
Since I only got off at the station when I was in high school, I had no image of anything, so I searched for it on the Internet.
I imagined that I would like to take a walk in the harbor, looking at "Kashima" floating in the sea of the harbor, and sake again.
The country of Iyo is rather strongly associated with the "sea.
It has a Seto Inland climate, mild and with little rainfall.
I hear that the Seto Inland climate is similar to the Mediterranean climate.
Perhaps that is why, when I look out the window on a hot summer day and see the sea, I get an image of children running to the sea for a swim.
Keep your drinks cold.
