Participated in wine tourism Sanriku🍷. Took a train 🚃 from Sendai to Shizugawa on the Kesennuma line 🚌.
Sweet and spicy. Slightly matured. Caramel taste. Spicy aftertaste. My wife says it's refreshing but robust with sea sake. The sea squirt vinegar was a perfect match for the sea squirt vinegar 👍As well as the Minamisanriku salmon sashimi, Shizugawa octopus sashimi, and conger eel tempura, all of which were excellent 😋.
