えいすけToday I wanted to drink Shinshu Kameari, so I bought it at Akimoto Shoten in Nakameguro.
I'm happy to be able to drink such a delicious sake at any time.
It's fire-aged, mildly sweet, and slightly carbonated.
Delicious!
Happy birthday🎊We enjoyed it very much! もよもよI was curious about this brand because of the sake shop's sales slogan, "the best sake in Japan," and it won first place in the ginjo category of the 2015 Kanto Shinetsu Regional Taxation Bureau sake competition.
We had a sake made from Hitogochi, a rice that we were particularly interested in.
When you open the package, the carbonation is strong and it is so fresh that you can hear the sound of it popping. It has a pineapple-like sweetness that comes along with the carbonation, but it is carbonated at the beginning and has an exquisite light bitterness in the aftertaste, making it a refreshing drink without being too sweet. It's a feeling I've never had before.
After more than a week, the acidity and bitterness become weaker, and the taste becomes different again. These changes are also interesting.
This sake is easy to drink and recommended for women. I would like to give it to people who are not used to drinking sake.
