タケタケシタケシ
(It says "dry" but it's not.) It has a medium taste. Flavors that remain on the tongue feel heavy. It may stay on the tongue for a while. The impression of bitterness lingers until the end. It may be too much for those who prefer sweet taste. It looks like it would go well with anything. It can be light or rich. At least, it goes well with chicken skin ponzu. The aroma was not so strong. I guess the flavor of unopened sake and opened sake in an izakaya will be different. Even so, it didn't smell too bad, probably because of my stuffy nose. I felt that this is a sake to be savored slowly and carefully, not lightly. It is delicious. I'll drink Shoyuki at Shoshizoka because it's delicious!

It is clean, refreshing and dry. But the first impression of sweetness is a bit strong when you put it in your mouth. I really like the contrast between bitterness and sweetness. Maybe a little bitter. But it doesn't bother me too much because it has a nice texture on the palate. The Shizoka Oden (Japanese hot pot) that was served as a snack smelled so good that I could not confirm the ginjo aroma. Maybe it smells like melon. Maybe. It seems to have a little more ethanol flavor than other sake. But it's probably just my imagination. I think it will be what is called easy-drinking sake. It is delicious. Let's drink Isobojimasu at Shizoka because it's delicious!
