Very easy to drink and delicious. It is very clear. It's a small sake brewery located in Tsuwano-cho, Kanazari-gun, Shimane Prefecture. The Takatsu River flows through Tsuwano, but there are no dams on the Takatsu River, including its tributaries, and it is said to be a clear stream that has been chosen as the best water quality in Japan many times.
