菅燗
Almost the first time I bought sake, I went on a trip to Niigata and bought it at Teradomari. On the rocks.
I have not had many other sake so it is hard to say the difference, but it is crisp and spicy, with a melon-like sweetness that follows, and a lingering bitterness (alcohol taste?) that lingers slightly underneath.
I think it is refreshing and easy to drink.
