Sake degree +5 We were a little disappointed that they didn't bring us a bottle. But I had seen it at the station earlier, so I was curious about it. It has a faint aroma of rice. The yellow color is clearly visible when it is placed on a hand towel. When you put it in your mouth, the alcohol attacks first. When you roll it around underneath, the flavor comes out slowly. It is perfect with Ryukyu. The sweetness of the fish and soy sauce increases. The sake has only spiciness and almost no sweetness. This is a good sake for eating.
