Eikofuji and Weibuki are now on tap 🎉!
It has a strong and impactful label 😎.
Actually, this is last year's sake 😅.
I went to the liquor store the other day and found that this year's Ibuki was on sale! I had to drink it as soon as possible 🤣 and here it is impatiently 🤣.
Why did I leave it lying around...?
There is no meaning at all there.................................🙇♀️
So, this is not a review of this year's Weibuki, so it is not a reference for those who are going to drink it! Please understand in advance 🙏.
I'll take it then 🥂.
The aroma is sweet!
In the mouth, a melon-like sweetness spreads.
There is no gassiness, and the second half is filled with acidity and the flavor of rice.
The rich taste of rice is strong and voluminous, typical of EikoFuji.
It is not so sharp and leaves sweetness and umami in the aftertaste.
The alcohol content is high, so it is very rich and heavy, but it is not spicy, so it is easy to drink for me.
It is rich, sweet and tasty, perfect for drinking slowly on a day when you have time.
Eiko-Fuji is delicious after all 😋😋😋😋😋😋😋.
But on a hot day, it might feel heavy 🧐.
Maybe I'd recommend drinking it in the spring when it's fresh: ☺️
Last year's Vibuki was also very tasty, though a bit different from this year's specs: ❣️
