bouken
Sold as a set in collaboration with Izumibashi. The label is Van Gogh's old man Tanguy. There are not many reviews on various social networking sites.... Fruity, slightly sweet and sour. It's fruity, slightly sweet and acidic, with a hint of umami. It also has a hint of apple. It's modern and classic at the same time. It is an interesting sake that shows various aspects. This is the first time I've had sake made with Raku-fu-mai, so I don't know what it is, but it seems like Tazake, but it doesn't seem like Tazake at all.

Good evening, bouken! So it's rice wine? I've never seen it before😳‼️Raku-fu-mai rice? I've never heard of it either 😊It sounds like a complex tasting sake, I'd love to try it ❣️

Good evening, Ponchan 😊. It was sold side by side with Izumihashi as a set 😀. Raku-fu-mai was originally developed by Echi-no-homare in Niigata and it seems to be the first rice in Kanagawa prefecture to be designated as sake brewing rice. It certainly has a complexity that is hard to describe 🤔.

bouken Hello ^ ^ I didn't know there was such a label for Tasake 😊. If I saw it in a store, I would never recognize it as Tasake and would pass it by 😁.

Good morning, bouken 😃. I would like to try the taste of Tasake's Raku Fu Mai. I wonder why old Tanguy on the label was chosen. It makes me think 🧐.

Hi Manta 😃 I went looking for it and didn't notice it right away when I went back and forth in front of the fridge 🤣.

Hello Luteltemi 😃 I could feel the rice rice that we don't usually use 😁. But it was an interesting sake with a different taste 😆. Izumihashi is a magritte and a mystery 😅.
