I was told that Koganezawa style is more popular. I was told that the Koganezawa style is more popular, but Chichi and I voted for the Urakasumi style 😆👍.
I believe the aroma was fruity. 🤔
The taste is mainly sour and refreshing.
The sweetness and umami were also well balanced and delicious 😋😋.
