We chose Miyaganbai Junmai Daiginjo from Miyagi Prefecture for our second round of opening today 😀.
Recently, in order to practice tasting when opening the bottle, I pour a small amount of sake into a glass and let it come to room temperature before actually drinking it 😀 I did the same this time.
I did the same this time, and it was the first time that I could taste such a difference in flavor between the chilled sake and the room temperature sake for tasting, yet both were delicious😇.
Of course, the room temperature sake had more aroma and flavor, but the one just taken out of the fridge was also clear and beautiful 😀.
As for me, I prefer the well-chilled one 😀.
Today we compared 2 bottles from Iwate prefecture and 2 bottles from Miyagi prefecture.
Next will be our second bottle of Fukushima Prefecture 😀.
Our second bottle of Fukushima Prefecture sake... 🤣

Good evening, Mr. Yasbay 🦉.
So the tasting is at room temperature? It seems to be difficult to find something different from your taste 💦Please teach me next time 🙏.
I envy you Miyaganbai more than anything 😻😻

Good evening, Yasbay 😃.
I've heard that it is indeed better to be near room temperature for tasting, but I prefer a lower temperature range in general, so it's not easy 😅.
I'm curious about your second bottle of Fukushima sake 🤔.

Good evening, Yasube-san! We only have cold sake, but some sake that is too cold tastes better when it is poured into a glass and the temperature rises 🍶Fukushima sake, I look forward to seeing what you come up with😋.

Good morning, Pon 😀
I can't teach you anything 🤣.
I like to drink it at the temperature I took it out of the fridge, but I can't smell it that way... I'm just copying what you said about room temperature being better 😅.

Good morning, Aladdin 😀
I am also in the lower temperature range as well, but I was told at a sake seminar the other day that sake tasting should be at room temperature, so I put a little in the glass before drinking and let it come back to room temperature 😀.
It's also interesting to compare drinking at low and room temperature😇

Hi Masaaki Sapporo 😀 I used to take it out of the fridge and pour it into a glass every time I drank it.
I used to take it out of the fridge and pour it into a glass every time I drank it, but now I can enjoy different temperatures little by little 😀.
Sake is still a great drink 😇

Hi, Wakata-san 😀
Actually, I received a set of Hakurakusei and Miyakanbai as a tax return gift from my hometown last year😇
At that time I didn't know Miyakanmei at all, but I was surprised at how good it tasted🤣.
I bought this year's Yamawasei after seeing the bottle 🤣.
