The sake has a light and refreshing quality, with an aroma reminiscent of tropical fruits...not too sweet like the aroma, but sweet and sour with a slightly bitter aftertaste. Delicious 😚.
The first trial
We went to a neighboring prefecture to buy a certain sake, the first one to arrive! It was tough to bring a folding chair and spend 1.5 hours in the shade 🥶, but I'm glad I got it 🤗.

The smell of tonkotsu (pork bone) wafted even outside the store!
I'm sure I'll be in the car and clothes on the way home...I was prepared for that and took on the Yamaoka family challenge \ˆoˆ )/ I wanted something rich and thick...the premium salt tonkotsu was creamy and delicious 😋.
The menu at the ticket machine is extensive, and I'm looking forward to going back next time... ♪
