We'll start with last year's Hitogokochi from Tozawa.
It's fire-brewed as always, but it feels fresh 😋, not too sweet and delicious 😋.
It's not a nabe dish, it's better with soba noodles!
Well, it's good on its own, too, so a bottle is a 3-day course 😋.
