I'm not really related to GW or the Gundam Wing. I'm going to Shizuoka with my in-laws in the second half of the year, so I'll be working hard during the first half of the year ✨.
Well, I'm going to open a bottle of sake and drink it all 🍶.
Zenkichi Shinshu Secret Sake Hanpukai 2025 Gold Course
This is the first time I signed up for the hanpukai this season 🤩.
The Gold Course consists of two four-packs of sake delivered every month, each time with the description "fire-aged sake".
［The sake is mellow and apple-like.]
The aroma is mellow and apple-sweet, the mouthfeel is soft, mellow and juicy, the sweetness extends to the palate, and then it finishes with a pleasantly sweet aftertaste that leaves the sweetness on the tongue, and finally changes to a soft minerality that lingers on the tongue and a slight bitterness in the throat.

Aroma of mellow, sweet and fruity rice, a clean and soft umami, and a sweet taste similar to apple, followed by a sweet aftertaste and a mineral sensation on the tip of the tongue.
While it shares the same soft umami, sweetness, and firm flavor, the fine nuances of this sake can change dramatically depending on the sake container, making it a very enjoyable sake.
I was in the mood for meat, so I took out some Akiyoshi Yakitori (grilled chicken) ✨.
