This time we will compare the sake from "Iraka Sake Brewery" 🍾🍾.
Then White (Sincerity and Respect) 🤍.
Now it's time to open the bottle ✨🥂✨
Slightly acidic and clean aroma.
When you take a sip
The gentle sweetness is quickly followed by sourness that finishes off the taste.
The feeling is somewhat like Shinmasa.
Easy to drink and delicious 😋.
Bitterness is a bit strong at the end.
2nd day
It has become very mellow.
The acidity is more pronounced and the bitterness has calmed down.
It is easy to drink.
3rd day
It is as delicious as ever 😋.
The black one goes well with gingerbread.
This one has a bitter aftertaste....
So I tried it with cheese 😋👍
Leave it for one day and then go back for the 5th day.
Sourness with sweetness and a very nice aroma...

The sweetness and acidity both expand and become mellow and handsome.

Both of them tasted best on the 5th day...
