This is another sake I drank last week 🍶.
This is my first Wakakoma, despite being local: ‼️
This year I'm going to try to bring as much Tochigi sake as possible that I haven't had yet👍.
I'll have some now 🙏.
It's a bit cloudy when you pour it into a glass.
And the aroma is fresh, yes! Banana🍌 is here... ☺️
As some people have mentioned in Sake-no-wa, and as the label says, this is banana🍌!
The color of the label is yellow, so it must be 🍌😄.
The first sip is again banana🍌-like sweetness😋 followed by a bitter sourness: ☺️
The rice polishing ratio is 80%, so is this a heavy sake? I thought it would be a heavy sake, but it has a sharp but juicy taste 🍌 but I think it's quite refreshing.
It was delicious!

It was my first time to drink Wakakoma and I thought it would be quite heavy, but it was a good sake as you said 😊 The other day I was writing down how much Tochigi sake there is and I thought it's impossible 😅. I was writing down how much Tochigi Prefecture sake there is 😅.

Yes!!! This time the color of the label matched the flavor 🍌 😆 I have a theory that I was brainwashed because the label firmly said "reminds me of bananas" 😅 simple as that 😄.
