The drink of the day was Ni Usagi✨, which I had longed for.
It's a very energetic sake.
I almost blew it out,
I opened and closed the lid repeatedly for about 10 minutes 😁.
Finally it calmed down and I poured it into a glass.
In terms of taste
Pleasant acidity with a moderate sweetness.
It tastes dry and refreshing.
It's an excellent food sake.
But it is a little different from sashimi, don't you think?
It would go well with yakiniku (grilled meat) 😊.
