Today, it has been 10 years since we started Sake-no-wa. During that time, in Hyogo, our beloved breweries "Izawa Honke", "Takatoku Meikozo", "Matsuo Shuzo", "Okuma Shuzo" and "Inaba Shuzo" have closed their business, "Tajima Brewery" has stopped producing sake, and "Buntaro" has opened a new brewery, which we are happy to announce. The situation of the sake industry will continue to be difficult in the future, but we hope to continue to enjoy and support the industry, even if in a small way.
I couldn't find the "Limited Daiginjo Nama-genshu" that I was looking for, but I was told by bouken-san that it was available at Yamaya, and I got it without incident.
No, I still like this taste! It is very fruity, sweet, and delicious, and you can gobble it down as much as you like, but it's 19 degrees Celsius, so it's a little too strong for me.
