This is the first sake I will drink this year 🤗.
The aroma is gorgeous and fruity.
Grapes taste is bursting in the mouth, but the taste is also calm and elegant 🤔.
A slight astringency in the second half of the bottle adds to the accent 🤗.
The freshness of the mouthfeel, despite being fire-roasted, is still present this year 👏.
