Spring skiing.
Hot, hot, hot.
Today I went to Togakushi, not my home ground.
I don't have good memories of spring skiing, but today was so much fun that my memories were overwritten.
On such a day, Shinshu Kamerei is perfect.

I have some Miyamanishiki on hand, so I'll check it out. I had soba noodles at a restaurant in front of the ski resort. It was the best lunch ever for skiing. Tempura is also great 🍤.
